We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

For customers located in the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible physical orders within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to digital products that have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
