Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital products and educational materials, the following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at dndecomllc@gmail.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with proof of purchase.
Please note that this right does not apply to digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
